Cranio-Sacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapeutic technique that uses light pressure to affect deep structures. Specifically, Cranio-Sacral Therapy works with the nervous system and the body’s rhythms to affect other body systems. It improves the movement of muscles, fascia, membranes, and fluids.

Cranio-Sacral therapy sessions last about 60 to 90 minutes. Examples of challenges that may be improved with cranio-sacral therapy include:
